I finally finished the book!! Yea! The ending wasnt that surprising but I liked it. I felt that a few parts of the stroy were pointless, but overall it wasn't that bad. A few things I didnt understand:
1. Why did Odysseus and Irus fight?

Odysseus

I finished book 16 and found out Telemachus and Odysseus rejoice. I really want to figure out their plot against the suitors and how they plan to kill them. I would also like to know the suitors' plan on killing Telemachus. I also think that Odysseus should have "punished" his crew mimber. Due to them, he couldnt get home on time, it took them forever.

Odyssey

While I was reading book 13, I wondered,
Why did Athena cover it in mist to conceal its true form? Why did she try to hide Odysseus from seeing his native land?

Odysseus

If Odysseus is loyal to his wife Penelope, why does he becomes Circe’s lover, and he and his men live with her in luxury for a year? This is just showing that Odyseus is unfaithful to his wife, doesn't it?

Odyssey

This blog entry is based mainly on book seven, which i found to be very full of detail. The scenery of the place described, Alcinous' palace, beautiful. While I was reading, i came across some new vocabualry words which I though may come to use:
burnished: mooth or glossy
overweening: arrogant
