Julius Caesar

I finished the book and I really enjoyed it. Towards the end, I found another quote found to my liking. "This was the noblest Roman of them...His life was gentle and the elements So mixed in him that nature might stand up And say to all the world." Antony stated this quote to show that Brutus was the only man ho was fighting to makebetter Romeome rather than for power or jealousy.
Also Brutus was one of my favorite characters. He differentiatedted between his personal and public life. He respected everyone and more importantly, he respected homeland and was fighting soley to make it better or not collapse. However, Caesar trusted Brutus and he killed him. So therefore, Brutus betrayed Caesar but showed some loyalty to his city.

Julius Caesar

One quote which I liked was, “Cowards may die many times before their death, the valiant never taste of death but once.” When Julius spoke the quote, I thought that he was being very arrogant, which I still do. But when you really think about this quote in depth, he is right. Cowards will always be afraid of death, and will go through life always worried. Therefore they may “experience death many times.” However, the braver person, the valiant, will live life to the fullest and try to enjoy the benefits of life.
I also believed that there was death after death in this book. In my opinion, the only two necessary deaths were Caesar and Brutus' death. To a certain extent, maybe even Cassius. This is so because then the quote “Forever and forever farewell Brutus," would not have much meaning.

Julius Caesar

During the first few pages, I found Falvious to be a little annoying. I found one of his quotes particularly annoying. "Thou art a cobbler, art thou?"I understand he was trying to put an emphasis on what he was trying to say but it still seemed repetitive.

Julius Caesar

I find the language in Julius Caesar a little confusing, so when I read the book, I can't completely understand the story. The story is entirely written in old English, which shows the real writing of Shakespeare. Some people enjoy his writing and he is famous for the way he writes. But I personally find it incomprehensible. I believe that when we need to read the book, it should be translated into a version that we can read and follow.
